Despite the ongoing construction downtown, I enjoyed the convenience, location, experience. Hotel staff is professional and friendly. I will most likely stay again during my future business trips.
The staff is very nice and helpful. I will be staying here a month while my house is being renovated due to flooding. The tvs are outdated and do not allow for streaming. This is kind of a big deal since I will be here for a while. Also I work at the airport and they do not have shuttle service to and from the airport. I should have done my research better. I have my two cats with me so pet friendly hotels are limited downtown. Plus my insurance company is paying for this stay and they only give hilton hotel options so changing hotels is not an option.
The rooms were spacious and seemed clean. The bathroom was a little bit outdated with peeling paint and some places that need caulking. The front desk gentleman was super fantastic. Very nice and friendly. No issues with checking in. So glad they had parking connected to the hotel! I was here for an event at the CHI health center. Easy walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
The location of this hotel was good. Close to arena, restaurants, shops and bars. We parked at the paid parking garage hotel and didn’t have to use our car the entire time we were here. Room was comfortable. Somewhat dated but clean. Staff encountered was helpful.
Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The Hotel staff, especially the front desk were very kind and gave great recommendations. I stayed here for over a month on a work trip and it was the best hotel experience I've had! Daniel in particular was fantastic and very helpful! The location is great and bed is comfortable for a long stay in my opinion. If I could give this location, the staff, and all more stars then I would! Only the highest praise from me!
Room was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Location is walking distance to CHI, restaurants and bars - even if it is snowing. Staff is very helpful and accommodating - especially Elizabeth who was doing her best at multi tasking when others couldn't get to work due to weather! Great place to stay.
Great location, parking is convenient. Rooms are outdated could definitely use some major updating. Has good water pressure. Air units are a little confused. Centrally located
Stayed just one night. The room itself (#702) was clean, albeit dated and somewhat small. There were some flying insects on the windowsill and curtains, but, beyond this, thankfully no other apparent signs of bugs. The mattress was comfortably firm and yielding, and the bedding free of stains or smells. The pillow cushions, though, were compressed and flattened, and should be replaced. Aside from the slightly disappointing room, everything else was to my satisfaction. Night and morning front-desk personnel were impeccably polite, helpful, and inquisitive, as was the other staff. Hotel parking is provided in a garage adjacent to the property. The daily garage rate is $25, charged to final bill through the room key, which must be tapped when exiting/entering. Hotel is convenient to the Old Market, CHI Health Center, Steelhouse Omaha, the Holland Center, and other attractions.
